We do a lot of work that brings both small and large groups of people together to engage in high quality conversations with one another.
Our attitude to group work echoes our approach to coaching. We believe that exchanging ideas and opinions works better than just talking at people. We set up an environment where people can access the collective brain in the room. We are responsible for creating a “safe-uncertain” space where people can experiment with new ways of thinking and behaving. We will also introduce theories and inputs if – and only if – they are both pragmatic and relevant.
